Fender Stratocaster

This is a revisit I did in November last year on the first model I ever uploaded to Artstation.

Took the same model I made in 3DS max back then and imported them to Maya (both the high and low poly). Just remodeled the strings to save on a few triangles, I could have saved a bunch more but wanted to proceed to do the textures and materials so kinda rushed trough this part. I chose to redo the whole UV-map to get cleaner bakes and to use my texture space better.

Used Substance Designer to bake all my maps and to make new materials using the spec gloss pipeline, which was a first timer. I did the details such as stickers, text, numbers, scratches, smudges, and so on in Substance Painter.

All my renders are made with Marmoset.

You can see my old guitar for a comparison here: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Nq8RJ
